• Students need valid student ID – If you registered as a student, please bring a valid student ID with you to verify your registration.
• We will have refreshments – Throughout the day, we will have light snacks available, but please feel free to bring your own if you have special dietary needs. In the morning, we’ll have coffee and some breakfast pastries. In the afternoon, we’ll have a some treats from our friends at WhiskeyBacon.com
• Lunch will be served at 12:45 p.m. – on the menu will be sandwiches and snacks, but we do have vegetarian-friendly options available. If you have any other special dietary restrictions, let us know or plan ahead accordingly. During lunch, our troupe of belly dancers – Antipode – will be performing throughout the building.
• There will be two tracks running throughout the day – you choose the sessions you want to attend. That means that there will be two sessions occurring at the same time, so you can’t attend every session, but don’t worry – we will have video recordings of all sessions available after the conference.
• Video of all conference sessions will be available after the conference. Stay tuned for details!
• There will be Q&A. We’ve built in Q&A time into each panel and session so that you can pick the brains of our talented presenters!

• For those that registered with a regular ticket – you’ll pick up your SWAG bag when you register. No SWAG ticket holders will not receive a SWAG bag, however, all ticket holders will receive lunch and admission to all sessions and our after party
• The after party – will be held at Rodano’s in Wilkes-Barre from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. directly following the conference. Our after party is sponsored and organized by SnipStamp.

Using hashtags to categorize Tweets by keyword:
